I1I1 Group LLC operates the company website at i1i1group.com. We are based in Washington State, United States. This policy explains information handling when you browse this website or contact us through its email link. Our other products and services, including Dozdatlift and its separate website, are covered by their respective privacy notices. For questions about Dozdatlift privacy before its launch, contact support@dozdatlift.com.

This is an informational website. Its pages use images and styles served with the site and fonts already on your device. The website code does not add analytics, advertising trackers, cookies or browser-storage identifiers, newsletter signup, accounts, contact forms, or third-party embeds. Cloudflare Web Analytics (Real User Measurements, or RUM) is disabled for i1i1group.com. Clicking an email link opens your email application; it does not submit a website form. Clicking a link to Dozdatlift or another site takes you to that site's practices.

Cloudflare Workers with Static Assets is the selected host. Delivering and protecting the published site involves processing requests, which may include IP addresses, requested URLs, times, browser information, and security information. Provider processing can occur even without application-level logs. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for its practices.

If you email us, we receive your email address, message, attachments, and associated mail information through Proton Mail. We use them to respond to your inquiry, administer the matter you raise, and keep necessary legal or business records. The company owner and authorized employees may read relevant correspondence as needed for their work. Company email accounts use two-factor authentication. We keep this correspondence in Proton Mail without forwarding it elsewhere or maintaining separate company backups. Proton maintains its own service backups, as explained below. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is unnecessary for your question, including medical records or detailed health information. Proton's Mail privacy policy describes its own processing.

Our retention policy is to keep ordinary resolved correspondence for up to 12 months after resolution, remove unnecessary sensitive attachments sooner, and retain records longer only where necessary for legal, security, or dispute purposes. We manually review resolved correspondence each month to meet this retention limit.

We use relevant information to deliver and protect the website, respond to correspondence, administer privacy requests, and meet legal obligations. Where a legal basis is required, responding to your requested precontract inquiry may rely on that request; proportionate website security and correspondence administration may rely on legitimate interests where permitted; and relevant duties may require processing. If a particular use requires consent or additional protection, we must meet that requirement separately.

This website does not upload your Dozdatlift workouts or enroll you in marketing when you visit. The website does not include advertising or advertising trackers.

Our hosting and email providers handle information for the services described above. Authorized company personnel or service providers may access what is necessary for their work. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to address valid legal claims or protect rights and safety, subject to applicable limits. Business-transfer handling, if relevant, must respect applicable privacy obligations.

We are based in the United States, and our providers may process information outside your country. Cloudflare operates an international network. Proton states that its Mail servers are located in Switzerland, Germany or Norway. Where required, applicable international-transfer safeguards must cover the relevant processing. Contact us to learn about safeguards for information we control.

Our ordinary email retention period is described in section 3. Necessary legal, security or dispute records may be kept longer for the relevant purpose. Proton states that its encrypted service backups are kept for up to 30 days; deleting a message from our mailbox does not promise immediate removal from every provider backup.

Website request and security information is separate from email correspondence. Cloudflare's retention depends on the service, purpose and applicable legal requirements, as described in its privacy policy. Disabling Web Analytics does not stop the request processing needed to deliver and protect the website. The 12-month email policy is not a retention period for Cloudflare records.

No internet transmission or storage method is guaranteed completely secure. Please send only information needed for your inquiry.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, a copy, restriction, or objection; withdraw applicable consent; opt out of particular uses; appeal a decision; or complain to a privacy authority. Contact the email address above to make a request. We will take proportionate steps to authenticate it and respond within applicable legal deadlines, subject to lawful exceptions. Do not send unnecessary identity or health documents.

If you want us to review a decision about your privacy request, reply to our response or email contact@i1i1group.com and explain what you would like reviewed. Where an appeal right applies, we will handle the appeal and provide the information required by applicable law.

This company website does not maintain an app workout account that can be deleted here. Requests concerning our other products or services, including Dozdatlift, should use the support or privacy contact and notice provided for the relevant product or service. If another provider independently controls the relevant information, we will explain that boundary rather than promise to erase records we do not control.

This informational company website is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can assess and address it under applicable law. Our other products and services, including Dozdatlift, have their own eligibility requirements and privacy notices.

We will show the effective date and version of this policy and provide appropriate notice of material changes. We will obtain any separately required consent before introducing processing that requires it. Updating this company-website notice does not by itself change the terms, privacy notices, or acceptance records applicable to our other products and services, including Dozdatlift.
